Micron Technology (NASDAQ) climbed nearly 3% ahead of its upcoming earnings report, while Nvidia (NASDAQ) posted modest gains. Other notable gainers included Arm Holdings and Lam Research, while Analog Devices slid slightly. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index ended the day up 0.5%.
