Commerzbank (OTCPK) is now offering bitcoin and ether trading to its corporate clients in Germany through Crypto Finance, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse. The bank will also provide cryptocurrency custody services. In November 2023, Commerzbank secured a crypto custody license, expanding its digital asset offerings. Gernot Kleckner, head of capital markets for corporate clients, emphasized the security and opportunities this new service brings to their clients in trading and managing crypto assets.
